1 - used 42 in. dia. Mazzoni Pilot Plant Vacuum Spray Dryer System. Stainless steel contact parts. Last used on soap. Consisting of jacketed feed tank Mdl. ME-2.5 42 in. dia. x 24 in. straight side w/3' cone bottom vac spray dryer. Spray nozzle atomization with side top & cone scrapers. Discharging into Simplex Mdl. M-200 vacuum jacketed Plodder/refiner with pelletizing head & cut-off knife heat exchanger vacuum pump cyclone collector surface condenser w/condensate collector & electrical controls. Rated approx. 150 kg/hr for soap.
