1 - used 60 liter (approx. 15 gallon) Lee Processor. T-316 stainless steel polished internals. Hemispherical bottom. Rated 40 psi at 267 deg. F internal. Jacketed for 100 psi at 338 deg. F. With Ross sanitary inline Mixer/Emulsifier model ME-105 and Lightnin Mixer model XJ-SS-30. Center bottom outlet on legs. Clamped removable dished top head with pneumatic tilt. On base with controls.
