Rated full vacuum & 6 bar at 200 degrees C half pipe coil jacket made of 316L stainless steel rated 6 bar at 200 degrees C. National Board number 24. Filter plate is jacketed. Working volume: 600 liter. Working cake depth: 300 mm. Filter vessel 900 mm diameter x 1194mm from top flange to bottom of filter plate. Agitator vertical lift: 355 mm. Gap between agitator and filter plate 5mm. With side discharge. Mounted on legs with an overall height of 3868 mm. Agitator equipped with gear reducer type ZMT 135. Packing gland on shaft. Agitator's rotation speed: 5-30 RPM reversible. Agitator lift driven by 3 HP 3/60/230/460V motor. With 200 mm manway with cover (1) 80mm sight glass (1) 4in. (1) 2 in. (1) 1 in. on top head. Heating coil: (2) 1.5 in. Heated plate nozzles: (2) 1 in. Filter plate is held by clamps to the filter body and is sealed. Side discharge is 300 mm diameter.
