1 - Used Pfaudler 2000 gallon #5015 glass lined reactor model RA78-2000-JCWVA. 78 in. diameter x 106 1/2 in. deep. Welded dished heads. Internal rated 100/FV at 450 deg. F. Two zone half pipe coil jacket rated 150/150 at 450 deg. F. National Board # 44236. Equipped with 15/7.5 HP agitator driven through #5 DTW drive. Fittings top: (2) 6 in. (3) 4 in. (2) 8 in. (1) 30 in. cover with manway and (2) 2 in. flanges and (1) 4 3/8 in. sight glass. Agitator is (1) 39 in. span turbo-foil and (1) 33 in. span turbine. (1) 4 in. bottom drain.
