1 - used Mazzoni high efficiency soap plodder/extruder. Type R2B+S4-R/M. Manufactured in 1982. Unit is designed for an output up to 4000 kg/h of extruded toilet soap bars with 50 HP motors. Plodder: stainless steel contact parts 22-3/4 in. wide x 21-1/2 in. long top feed opening with side feed breaker assisted. (1) 15 in. diameter x 6 ft. long screw. Barrel feeds into vacuum impregnated cutting chamber with 5/8 in. die holes. Driven by a 50 HP DC drive 240 volts. Extruder: twin screw extruder (2) 15 in. diameter screws 62 in. screw barrel. Feeds into an electrically heated jacketed adapter. Unit is driven by a 30 HP DC drive. Start/stop panels for the plodder and extruder. (2) stainless steel screws 15 in. diameter. F.O.B. - LOCATION
