1 - used 40 liter Draiswerke Gelimat Intensive Compounder type G 40 S. New in 1997. 50 lb batch based on 35 lbs/cu. ft. material. Direct connected to a 600 HP DC motor 1150/1750 RPM with Saftronics DC motor controls 50/60 hz 3/60/460 volt AC input. With jacketed stainless steel replaceable lined chamber with stainless steel (6) wing rotor. Hardened surfacing on each wing of the rotor. With air actuated discharge door and air actuated valve for allowing new batch to enter chamber. Operator controls included with Allen Bradley Panel Mate solid state programmable controls. Previoulsy used for blending wood fiber with polymer for production of artificial lumber. Unit is being offered checked out operational cleaned & painted. Has been reconditioned as follows: Exterior blasted primed and painted with epoxy paint. 600 HP DC motor rebuilt. New rotor bearings and seals installed. Replaced pneumatic cylinder on chamber cover. Rotor hydrotested. Replaced some components in microprocessor. Rotor checked for balance under power. Test run through all panels.
