1 - Used Tote Systems Clamp Design Tote Blender model #2TE03-0720. Material of construction is 316 stainless steel. Tumbler is designed for a 42 in. X 48 in. hopper bottom bin with a 6 ft. 7 3/4 in. OAH bin. Tote is rotated 360 degrees by a 15 HP 3/60/230/460 volt reliance motor. Blending speed is variable 2-16 RPM. Blending cycle is automatic but may be adjusted. Equipped with an electric brake for motor. Built in 1992 and equipped with 3 7/16 in. Pillow Block bearings. Twin unit with totes recently sold. No totes available for this unit. Dimensions are approx. 13 ft. 9 in. (max.) height when tumbling x approx. 9 ft. 10 in. tumbling diameter x approx. 11 ft. 9 in. wide. Drawing available. Prior use: Pharmaceutical service.
