1 - used 70 ton Bipel Hydraulic Preform Compacting Pellet Press. Model 70T. With 78 ton maximum pressing force. Maximum diameter capabilities of 4 1/2 in. diameter (single tool) 3 in. diameter (twin tool) 1 7/8 in. diameter (triple tool) 1 3/8 in. diameter (quadruple tool). Maximum standard depth of fill 3 in. 2 3/4 in. maximum stroke of punch. Maximum hydraulic pressure of 3000 psi. With pressure dwell control filling dwell control pressure control. Adjustable limit control serves to preset the punches for volumetrically measuring the next compact fill. Powder feed system and tooling included that can make 1 in. diameter compacts 4 at a time and 2 in. diameter compacts 2 at a time. Unit can also produce compacts that are 3 1/2 in. long x 1 in. wide.
