1 - used Eimco Rotary Vacuum Pre-Coat Drum Filter. Right hand rotation. Drum is 8 ft. dia. x 20 ft. long. Approx. 17 in. trunnion diameter. Submergence low 33-1/3%. With vapor retaining hood. Approx. empty weight 29000 lbs. Approx. full weight water 57000 lbs. Filter area 502 sq ft. Manually selected variable speed drum. Manually selected variable speed knife (advance and retract). Constant speed basin agitator 304 and 316 stainless steel. Stainless steel precoat loading hopper with vent filter and screw conveyor. Stainless steel powder tank with agitator. Stainless steel vacuum tank with dual filtrate pumps. Dual Nash vacuum pumps with spare. Drum cover in place is usable with spare. Precoat scrapings collected on conveyor belt to hopper. Some automation on feed and basin level via Honeywell PLC. Unit is being solid as-is where-is from a processing facility. Buyer responsible for removal and loading.
