Top mounted 100 HP 3/60/480V motor with transition gear box. Main bearings & seals top/bottom. Rebuilt gearbox and new motor have less than 100 hours run-time. Support steel tower custom built for free floating suspension of mixer on 4 point load cell system. 200000 lbs. capacity (4) cell compression load cell system with (4) set-point controller & one remote scale readout. 5 lb. resolution. Batch weight/input ticket printer. Nucon fully independent batching weighing & conveying system. With Sutor 8H-R blower on 50 HP drive. Air cooler directional flow gate valving gaylord vacuum unloading station rotary air lock starter/disconnects & remote disconnects and batch control system. Can load/unload to or from gaylord or dry bulk trailer 45000 lbs. in 60 minutes. All associated 4 in. dia. conveying pipe and fittings. Unit to be sold either as a system or just screw mixer alone.
