1 - Used/Reconditioned Gaulin model 600 MC18 8TBS stainless steel clad homogenizer. Two stage HVA. 1 3/16 in. plungers. 8000 psi tapered seat ball valve type 316 (15-5PH) cylinder. 250 GPH minimum capacity/600 GPH maximum capacity. This homogenizer is being offered reconditioned at the price below. Reconditioning includes stripping and painting of paint surfaces complete teardown and repair of drive systems motor bearing replacement additional motor repairs as necessary elastomer/seal replacement new plungers regrinding of pump and homogenizing valves repair or replacement of HVA systems pressure testing of oil coolers cosmetic polishing as necessary of stainless steel surfaces and loosening of all adjustable legs. Tools that are unique to the machine are provided. Minimum capacities may require optional lower RPM motors or VFDs that are not included in published list prices.
