1 - used Fitzpatrick L 83 Chilsonator Roll Compactor. Model 1.5LX8D L83. All sanitary stainless steel pharmactical grade construction. 1.5 in. wide x 8 in. dia. compacting rolls with up to 15000 lbs. compaction. Bulk hopper with delumping agitator and screw feed. Analog gauges show high and low scale and booster pressure in PSI and KPA. Manually operated booster pressure regulator. Scalloped faced compacting rolls discharge into a model M5A Hammermill (screens included) 3 HP U.S. Motors. Mill discharges into a 24 in. dia. Sweco Sanitary Screener model LS 24S two deck which discharges unwanted size materials into vertical lift elevator manufactured by Fitzmill all stainless steel sanitary walls. Material then returns to primary hopper for re-process. System comes with factory controls with touch sensitive operator panel. Manual included. Approx. OAD: 44 in. x 44 in. x 94 in. high.
