I work with Mark and we are looking at purchasing the dryer along with the included equipment and I have a few questions to ask:1. Does the heater skid utilize an electrical heater or a steam heater? BELIEVE HEAT EXCHANGERS USING STEAM TO HEAT OIL2. What type of heat transfer fluid is used by the heater skid? 3. What type of utilities are needed for the system?ELECTRIC FOR PUMPS STEAM COOLING WATER (PLANT WATER)- Electric - How many disconnects are needed and what amperage? (there should be at least one for the vacuum pump one for a recirculation pump on the heater skid and one for the heater - if it is elect- Water - Do the condensers use cooling water/service water? YOU WILL NEED A COUPLE OF STARTERS4. Where is the equipment located and would it be possible to see the equipment? CLEVELAND OH5. What type of lead time is required for removal and shipping?
