(fwd to vendor)5/5/05 - cust #23717 (to vendor 5/10) - Please be informed that we add the homogenizer to our production process for the first time and although we have run some trials with a lab scale homogenizer so that we know that the homogenizer will suit our needs (8000 psi and 300-500 gph) on the other side we have no experience in working with homogenizers. Regarding electricity we have tri-phase current at 460 V and 60Hz. What other equipment/facility would we need to run the homogenizer (e.g. Motor starters water for the cooling system etc.)?5/6/05 - We need to know the capacity fo the machine in terms of gallons per hour.Can you confirm that it is a 280 gph unit? What will be the maximum capacity?What is the condition of this unit? Does it need reconditioning?What kind of warranty shall we have?Can we rent the unit for a couple of months before we decide to buy it?
