SOLD AS OF 8/19/08Ingalls #1046 - Avail. conf. 7/10/08A.E.C. PRICE LESS 15%PAINESVILLE OHJuly 29 2008 1. Name Plate pictures are attached.2. I do not know where is came from or what it was used for. I do recognize any corrosion or damage. 3. Pipe diameter is 3 in ID both side in and out as well as spiral side and shell side.4. I have no idea gasket material. I would assume it is bad and will need to be replaced. If by chance it works at least you will be under budget.5. Have not pressure checked we can once we are paid for the heat exchanger.Which we would refund monies paid if it did not pass the pressure check.6. It weight 1279 lbs. 7. As with all equipment we sell it is sold as is payment in full prior to shipment. If a customer would like to inspect or have us do any work on the heat exchanger such as pressure testing that can all be discussed and usually worked out. As to sending it to a customer for inspection or testing and then getting paid we are not interested. If possible please provide as much information as you can to the following questions: - Can you forward a picture of the name-plate on the heat exchanger?- What was the heat exchanger used for and does it show signs of corrosion or other damages?- What is the pipe diameter of the flanged inlet and outlet connections?- What is the gasket material and condition?- Has the heat exchanger gone through pressure testing and whether the gaskets hold pressure?- Where is the heat exchanger located?- What is the estimated weight of the heat exchanger and the estimated cost of shipping it to Mississauga? As with all used equipment Xerox purchased previously from ARNOLD and other vendors Xerox will specify on the PO that we will conduct thorough inspection and testing at our site in order to make sure that it meets all claims. If the equipment does not pass our inspection or testing we will return it to the vendor and no payment will be made.
