| Equipped with | 1 - Used Brabender Prep Center model D33002. New in approximately 1983. Includes: (2) 316 stainless steel mixing bowls with agitator blades model 1503 single screw extruder with (2) screws: (1 made of Hastelloy) and Xaloy lined barrel--this set up is used for nylon. One mixing head has Ram and Banbury type blades (there are roller and cam blades for this head). Also included is a 300 gram head with sigma blades which appears to have little if any use. The SP2003 control unit has three heating zones for the extruder. Diameter of extruder is 3/4 in. LD ratio is: 15:1 and machine is driven by a 3 HP DC 1/60/208 V motor.
