ARE THEY CHANGEABLE AT THE END?DAVID ADRA - 858-586-0803. 6/13- forwarded customer request for photo to Jim Siegel - per Jim: I don't have pics. Will go outside and get some for you. Will send later.3/29/05 - cust #23483 - Thank you for the information;1. What form of payment would you accept? I could prepare a check in your names drawn from a US bank or arrange a Telegraphic transfer (wire) to you account. Also provide me your account details and information for shipping up to Mombasa Port in East Africa.3/31/05 - We require payment in full in advance prior to shipping. A bank check payable to Arnold Equipment Company drawn from a U.S. Bank would be most preferable although a bank wire from outside the United States in U.S. funds would be acceptable as well. Please note that we WILL NOT ship ANY order until payment IN FULL is RECEIVED at our bank. If for some reason a bank wire is sent to us but our bank does not have a record of receiving it we WILL NOT SHIP until we are CERTAIN that the money is IN OUR ACCOUNT. With regard to shipping we would work with our preferred international freight broker which is Panalpina (http://www.panalpina.com ) Normal international shipping costs would include crating delivery to port shipment and customs processing. All of these services would be offered to you at our cost. If you are ready to place an order for this machine please send me a purchase order and I will proceed with getting all crating and shipping costs and will send an invoice to you with an itemized listing of the machine and all associated logistics expenses. I am still investigating costs involved in crating and shipping. Here is what I have found out so far: The machine in it’s present form would fit into a crate that is 7 ft. high X 7 ft. wide X 10 ft. long and would weigh 5000 pounds. Our international freight broker is looking into availability of a cargo plane that would be able to transport a crate of this size. Our freight broker has advised us that a cargo plane may not be available which would make it neccesary to disassemble the machine into two or three smaller crates that would be suitable for sending in the cargo hold of a passenger plane. (The limit for a crate on a passenger plane is that the height may not exceed 64 inches. My partner on this piece is examining the machine to determine what would be the best way to disassemble it for shipment if neccesary. Do you have any contacts or resources for international shipping? Please let me know.
