Features

• 12-station turntable with an indexing mechanism providing intermittent motion, enabling the 12 mounted fixtures to rotate in equal steps.
• After automatically loading the tubes, the machine performs servo-controlled alignment, providing precise positioning for each tube.
• The machine features an insert-type filling nozzle to prevent spillage, operated by a pneumatic lift cylinder for precise in-and-out movement. Filling is done with a servo-driven gear pump, achieving ±1% dosing accuracy.
• An electric-heated copper block maintains temperature, while synchronized electric and hot air nozzles evenly heat the inner tube wall, greatly enhancing sealing strength and quality.
• All operations except manual tube loading are fully automated, including filling, internal and external heating, sealing, coding, trimming, and finished product ejection. The machine runs smoothly and reliably.
