• Constructed of stainless steel - T316-L for product contact areas; T-304 non-contact.
• Steam jacket is ASME-U Stamped at 90 Psi and NB registered. Equipped with steam in, condensate out.
• Kettle body to have Tri‐Leg or four legs configuration with flanged feet.
• Cylinder actuated tilt-out agitation
• The center is equipped with a 15 HP scraper-type agitator, supplemented by 10 HP side-mounted paddle blades and a 40 HP high-speed emulsifying mixer.

*Center bottom outlet with 3" Lee flush-mount ball valve.
