Please also let me know if there is room for negotiation as my budget is $4000. Can you tell me what the base on these units is? I will be mouning the auger filler directly above my vffs and would likely not need the unit that the per-fil is mounted on now. I do not know if that is good enough for your customer but obviously augers can be changed.
