1 – used 500 liter (132 gallon) Lee Triple Motion Kettle. Model 500L D9MS. Agitation consists of 3 HP bridge-mounted scraper with teflon scrapers, Lee Model A-400 Counter-Rotating Center Sweep Agitation and bottom-mounted high shear disc agitator driven by a 10 HP (7.5 kw), 3/60/230/460V, 1730 RPM motor through gearbox with 17.7:1 ratio. Jacket rated 45 psi @ 932 deg F, – 20 deg F @ 45 psi. Last used in a food operation and represented to be in very good condition.
