1,100 GALLON WILL FLOW VERTICAL MIX TANK - 150 PSI JACKET

1 - used Will Flow Corp 1100 gallon jacketed vertical stainless steel tank. Jacket is rated for 150 psi @ 400° F. National Board #55. The tank has a 60" diameter x 84" straight height with 24" conical bottom. Equipped with a 7.5 hp Chemineer gear drive with a 33 RPM output. The agitator has (2) 36" four blade props. The conical bottom has 4" flanged center discharge. Jacket has 1.25" NPT fittings. There is thermal well in the conical bottom. The top has a 14" x 20" twin cover manway, (2) 3/4" flanged fittings, (1) 1.5" flanged fitting a 12" fill tube. The interior has (4) 8" wide baffles, ladder and is equipped with 2" aerating tube near the bottom. Serial # 7061-1. Jacket has several pinhole leaks. Overall height is 151". F.O.B. - LOCATION
