1 - used 2,800 liter (740 gallon) T & C Stainless Agitated Reactor. T-316L stainless steel. Unit measures approx. 5' dia. x 5' straight side with dish top and bottom. 100 psi jacket @ 250 deg. F to minus 20 deg. F. Internal rated 10 psi @ 250 deg. F to minus 20 deg. F. Head and shell thicknesses are 7 gauge. Jacket is constructed of T-304 stainless steel, 14 gauge thickness. With 1.5 HP top entering Agitator with Fusion Fluid Equipment gear motor, 230/460V, 50/60 Hz, 1730 RPM through gear reducer. With 4" center bottom outlet and Asepco Valve to 1.5" discharge. Offered with ProtectoSeal Model F18542D2 pressure and vacuum relief vent. Built new in 2018. National Board code stamped, ASME code constructed.
