Dished top and bottom heads, top head hinged.  Internal rated 45 psi @ 250 degrees F.   Jacket rated 120 psi @ 250 degrees F.  Sanitary Polished internal.  Spray balls, feed pipe and under driven agitator with 1/17 hp DC drive 10:1 ratio - 250 rpm.  Built by Stainless Fluid Products - 1998.  NB 62.  Approx. 3.2 cu ft capacity.  Center bottom discharge.  Vessel mounted on legs with casters.
