Pharmaceutical Grade Vacuum Processing Kettle

• Model 25 D
• 316L stainless steel shell with T-304 stainless steel jacket and shroud
• Jacket is National Board code stamped for 50 psi @ -20 to 300 deg. F.
• Shell is rated for vacuum service.
• Hemispherical body with center bottom discharge with approx. 1.5" outlet and manually operated flush seating valve with 15" floor clearance.
• Single one piece cover is gasketed with (7) swing mounted hand screw down closures.
• Cover has angle mounted agitator with pneumatic drive and Windsmith SS gear reducer, shaft and three blade propeller agitator.
• Mixer is mounted through 4" port with 9" OD 8 bolt companion flange and mechanical shaft seal by Flow Serve.
• Cover has 1.5" & 1.2" ports with tri clamp connections. 3" top port with 1.5" sight glass, 1.5" top side inlet with tri clamp connection. 1.5" instrument port, large bottom size port is capped with 8.250" dia. (8) bolt blank flange.
