* Sanitary configuration.

* Constructed of stainless steel. Interior Construction: 316 Stainless Steel, with #4 finish.Exterior Construction: 304 Stainless Steel, #2B finish.

* Steam jacket is ASME-U Stamped at 75 Psi and NB registered. Rock wool 2" thick insulation jacket.

* Tank body to have 3" center bottom discharge connection tri-clamp.

* Agitation is UL listed brand and bridge mounted. Main agitation to be single motion, side and bottom scraped surface type. Come with a second agitation is paddle type(off set agitator optional).

* Tank Top: Inverted cone with 15 degree slope with double open hinged lids, CIP cleaning.Tank Bottom: Conical with 30 degree slope and center outlet.

* Inlet/Outlet Ports: Sanitary Clamp Connections.

* Legs: Adjustable stainless steel legs.
