1 - NEW 35 cu. ft. Jacketed Double Ribbon Blender

  • Constructed in SS304 material.
  • INTERIOR FINISH: 150-grit finish on stainless steel surfaces.
  • EXTERIOR FINISH: 80-grit finish on stainless steel surfaces.
  • JACKET: Stainless steel type 304 heating jacket designed for atmospheric operation.
  • TOP COVER: Two-piece cover, cover is installed with quick disconnect pin hinges. NEMA 12 safety switch to prevent operation of agitator with cover open is not included.
  • ALL GASKET: FDA compliant gasket.
  • AGITATOR TYPE: Solid double ribbon agitator designed for center discharge with internal flanges bolted to shaft stub ends and heavy-duty anti-friction bearing on non-driven end.
  • DRIVE TYPE: Gear box reducer.
  • MOTOR TYPE: 20 HP TEFC Wash down motor suitable for operation on 575 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz power supply.
  • SHAFT SPEED: Top speed of approximately 37 rpm at 60 Hz.
  • DISCHARGE VALVE: Pneumatically actuated stainless steel type 304, dust-tight knife gate valve. Bowl cut-out for bottom discharge.
  • Motor relocated from right to left side, based on the latest drawing.
  • Delivery timeline: 12 weeks.
