- Sanitary configuration.
- Constructed of stainless steel 316L for product contact area, other parts SS304 material. Tank inside with #4 finish.
- Side and bottom steam jacket is ASME stamped and rated at 75 Psi.
- Agitation consisting of
- 30 HP 28RPM scraper blade type agitator.
- 10 HP 58 RPM paddle type agitator.
- 50 HP 1800RPM high shear emulsification.
- Full vacuum design. (Vacuum pump not included).
