Description
Ross DPM-1 Gallon Double Planetary Mixer
- Stainless steel product contact surfaces.
- Rectangular stirrer blades driven at 5 – 100 rpm (Orbital) and 9 – 180 rpm (Stirrer Speed) by a 1.5 HP, 230 volts, three phase motor.
- Variable speed control through an AC Tech (Lenze) 1.5 HP variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
- Full vacuum change can design.
- Air/oil hydraulic lift lowers and raises the agitators to and from the mixing position.
- Stainless steel, portable mixer bench.
- Stainless steel gearbox housing with revolving dust shield.
- Lip seals on stirrer shafts.
- Safety limit switch to prevent operation of the mixer when the mix vessel or agitators are not in the mixing position.
