Description
100 Gallon Double Agitation High Shear Disperser Mixer
- Motor：UL listed drive.
- 316L Stainless Steel #4 finish for product contact surface.
- 304 Stainless Steel #4 finish for non-product contact surface.
- Jacket: ASME-U stamped jacket rated at 75 Psi with NB register.
- Insulation: 2" rockwool insulation with outer sheathing
- Double agitation: Main agitator is scraper balde type, 4 HP 28RPM. Offset high shear disperser type with 10 HP 1750RPM.
- CIP: WIth 1 Spray ball.
- Legs：Adjustable stainless steel legs
- Tank Top: Inverted cone with 15 degree slope head with double open hinged lids, CIP cleaning.
- Tank bottom: Conical and center outlet.
- Inlet/outlet ports: Sanitary clamp connections.
