- Sanitary configuration
- Constructed of stainless steel: T-316 with #4 finish on the interior, T-304 with RA32 finish on the exterior
- ASME-U stamped 75 psi jacket with NB registration.
- 2" thick rock wool insulation jacket
- Double Agitation: Sweep type with paddles and a high shear homogenizer
- Conical bottom
- 3" outlet at bottom of tank connected to a manifold if splitting into 2" connections
- Paddle type baffles
- Temp sensor and steam controls for maintaining consistent liquid temp in tank
- Opening at top of tank for ingredient additions and cleaning
