1000 GALLON MIX TANK - SWEEP & HOMOGENIZER

• Sanitary configuration
• Constructed of stainless steel. Interior Construction: 316 Stainless Steel, with #4 finish. Exterior Construction: 304 Stainless Steel, RA32 finish.
• Steam jacket is ASME-U Stamped at 75 Psi and NB registered. Rock wool 2" thick insulation jacket.
• Double agitation. Main agitator is sweep type with paddles with a second high shear homogenizer.
• Conical bottom. 4" outlet butterfly valve at bottom of tank connect to a manifold splitting into 7 2” connections.
• Paddle type baffles.
• Temp sensor and steam controls for maintaining consistent liquid temp in tank
• Opening at top of tank for ingredient additions and cleaning
