• Hemispherical Style Kettle
• ASME-U Stamped & NB Registered Steam Jacket rated 90 psi
• Heat transfer area is approx. 21.5 sq. ft.
• Equipped with steam in, condensate out
• Kettle body to have tri-leg configuration with flanged feet
• Kettle body to have 2-3" center bottom ball valve discharge.
• Stainless steel, hinged cover on both sides
• Agitation is UL Listed brand and bridge mounted and has tri-clamp additive ports
• Single motion side and bottom scrape surface agitation
• Photos show a twin action and are for reference purposes only (We would remove the secondary shaft thus making it a single motion sweep)
