Description
NEW 400 GALLON MIXING TANK
- Sanitary configuration
- Constructed of stainless steel.
- Interior Construction: 316 Stainless Steel, with #4 finish.
- Exterior Construction: 304 Stainless Steel, #2B finish.
- Steam jacket is ASME-U Stamped at 150 Psi and NB registered.
- Rock wool 2" thick insulation jacket.
- Tank body to have 3" center bottom discharge connection tri-clamp.
- Agitation is UL listed brand and bridge mounted.
- 7.5 HP 28 RPM scraper blade type with offset 4 HP 168 RPM paddle type.
- Tank Top: Inverted cone with 15 degree slope with double open hinged lids
- CIP cleaning
- Tank Bottom: Conical with 30 degree slope and center outlet, flat bottom structure optional.
- Inlet/Outlet Ports: Sanitary Clamp Connections.
