REBUILT ROSS MODEL HDM-40 NON-VACUUM DOUBLE PLANETARY MIXER

• Entire machine has been sand-blasted, cleaned and painted.
• Delroyd HV-70 gear reducer that has been rebuilt with bearings properly shimmed, new seals, new sulfur-free worm gear oil.
• Rebuilt cast iron planetary gearbox (includes caps and upper sealing arrangement).
• Mechanical seals on stirrer shafts.
• New type 304 stainless steel stirrer shafts.
• Used type 304 stainless steel stirrers.
• Non-vacuum hood that has been cleaned and the outside polished to a near-mirror finish. Includes rectangular charge chute, 4-1/2" O.D. exhaust tube, 3" charge/sight port & XP light fixture.
• Rebuilt air/oil lift with new packing, new oil and air valves, new NRD rods and bushings, new oil.
• New inverter-duty 15 hp XP motor (class I, group D Rating).
• New drive shaft with double roller chain couplings and a new two-piece drive shaft guard.
• One used mix can with type 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces, carbon steel jacket (tested), 2" PBM ball valve with new Teflon packing and new casters. Includes a non-working temp. probe.
• Two XP limit switches will be mounted but not wired (one for lift and one for mix can).
• No Inverter or motor starter included. Note: it is the end users responsibility to make sure that the two limit switches are wired and adjusted properly when mixer is installed.
• One year warranty on all mechanical components. Warranty does not cover wear items such as seals and o-rings or misuse or abuse such as bent stirrer shafts, broken cast iron gearbox, or other damage caused when stirrers collide.
• Lead time 1-2 weeks after receipt of purchase order and down payment.
• Shipped in a Heavy Duty fully enclosed Shipping Crate
• Conversion to vacuum hood is available for an additional cost
