NEW 100 Gallon Triple Motion High Shear Mix Tank - 316 S/S - 75 PSI Jacket

• Sanitary configuration
• Constructed of stainless steel. Interior Construction: 316 Stainless Steel, with #4 finish.
• Exterior Construction: 304 Stainless Steel, #4 finish.
• Steam jacket is ASME-U Stamped at 75 Psi and NB registered. Rock wool 2" thick insulation jacket.
• Tank body to have 3" center bottom discharge connection tri-clamp.
• Triple agitation: Main agitator is scraper balde type, Offset paddle type agitator. The third agitator is high shear disperser type with 1750RPM.
• Tank Top: Inverted cone with 15 degree slope with double open hinged lids, CIP cleaning.
• Tank Bottom: Conical with 30 degree slope and center outlet, flat bottom structure optional.
• Inlet/Outlet Ports: Sanitary Clamp Connections.
• Legs: Adjustable stainless steel legs.
• Spray balls.
• With control box.
• Due to space limitations on the bridge, the third agitator will be mounted on one side of the lid (making it a fixed lid). As a result, only one lid on the tank can be opened.
