• Sanitary configuration
• Constructed of stainless steel
• Interior Construction: 316 Stainless Steel, with #4 finish.
• Exterior Construction: 304 Stainless Steel, RA32 finish.
• Steam jacket is ASME-U Stamped at 75 Psi and NB registered.
• Rock wool 2" thick insulation jacket
• 20 HP side and bottom scraper blade, VFD could adjust from 14 RPM to 28 RPM.
• 10 HP Paddle type, with VFD could adjust from 30 RPM to 60 RPM.
• 30 HP high shear homogenizer on tank bottom, VFD could from 875 RPM to 1750 RPM.
• Conical bottom
• 4" outlet butterfly valve at the bottom of the tank connects to a manifold splitting into (7) 2” connections
• Paddle-type baffles.
• Temp sensor and steam controls for maintaining consistent liquid temp in tank
• Opening at top of tank for ingredient additions and cleaning
