EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS

1 Model HX60S88 SWECO Vibro-Energy® Round Separator to include the following:

Basic Assembly

Drive: DRIVE ASSY-2.5HP,1200RPM-W/ METAL FORCEWHEELS (313 BRGS)

Motor: 2-1/2 horsepower Motion Generator PLUS, 460 volt, 60 hertz, 3 phase 1200 rpm. TENV with 313 bearings on both ends.

Component Parts

Spacing Frame: Spacing Frame Weldment, 60 inch diameter x 8 inches tall.  Includes (1) 6 x 8 Square Spout.  Constructed of 304 Stainless Steel.

Table Frame: Table Frame Weldment, 60 inch diameter by 8 inches tall with one 6X8 square spout.  304 stainless steel construction.

Cover: Cover Assembly, 60 inch diameter.  Includes 304 stainless steel domed cover weldment with one 8 inch diameter inlet and one 6 inch diameter inspection opening. Assembly also includes 60 inch heavy duty clamp ring assembly, tension ring, FDA approved white TPE channel gasket,  and FDA approved white neoprene cover for 6 inch inspection opening.

Material Testing

In order to confirm equipment selection, testing at SWECO’s test laboratory is recommended.

Screen Life

Screen life varies depending on factors including (but not limited to) feed rates, mesh size, particle size distribution, vibration levels, and material properties.  SWECO recommends frequent screen inspection for wear or damage to avoid off-spec production or contamination.  User holds responsibility to monitor screen condition. 

Shipment:

Shipment of this equipment can be made approximately 12 to 14 weeks after receipt of your order and completion of all details, depending upon shop loading at time of order placement.  Please request current delivery information prior to entering your order.  Please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for preparation of approval drawings, if required.

Flexibility

SWECO’s design allows the user to adjust screening performance and vibrating mode to accommodate changing materials. The modular design also facilitates adjustments in type and/or number of decks as product or process modifications may require.

Mounted Screen Cloth                 

SWECO does extensive research and testing on screen cloth life and efficiency. Improperly tensioned screen cloth significantly affects screen life and throughput performance.  Both the design and strength of the mounting ring in conjunction with proper bonding of the screen cloth to the mounting ring are required to insure the correct tension, screen life and screen efficiency. SWECO’s patented Magnum™ Screens are also available for extended life on finer mesh applications. 

Motion Generator                          

SWECO has designed a single, integrated motion generator specifically engineered for the service conditions of vibratory separation. Our design uses large, high-efficiency, vibratory rated bearings, both top and bottom. The location of the motion generator, the housing that transmits the motion to the separator and the distance from the screen surface are all critical to screening performance. Engineered spring systems also complement the above motion system.

Force Wheels                                   

Top and bottom eccentric weight assemblies feature SWECO’s patented Smart-Lock design which allows for changing the magnitude of vibration without using tools and requires no removal or addition of weight plates.

Ease of Installation                        

SWECO Separators are shipped completely assembled, ready to install. The support foundations required are much smaller than for other types of vibrating equipment, which adds up to an easy and less expensive installation.

Service Centers                               

SWECO has established Service Centers worldwide to provide customers screen and part replacement service.

Lifetime Tech Support                  

SWECO Field Engineers will provide technical assistance and support for all SWECO equipment so long as it is owned by the original purchaser.
