• Hemispherical style kettle
• Sanitary configuration
• Constructed of stainless steel, 304 type, with 316 type product contact areas.
• Steam jacket is ASME-U Stamped at 90 Psi and NB registered. Equipped with steam in, condensate out.
• Kettle body to have four leg configuration with flanged feet.
• Bridge-Mounted Agitation – Equipped with scraping surface (5 HP 28 RPM), paddle-type (3 HP 68 RPM) agitation and high shear disperser (20 HP 1750 RPM) for mixing
• The hydraulic tipping system tilts the agitators backward out of kettle body. Manual rotation via handwheel is used to tilt the kettle body for discharging.
• Stainless steel hinged cover on both sides.
• Controller with VFD to adjust the mixing speed.
