Ken Valdez - 8/9/05 no longer with ADF8/9/05 - WORK WITH STEVE STEWART at ADFPrice - $40000 NET TO THEMLocation - Texas plant (Texarkana TX) - they will load7/18/05 - Hi JonThank you for that extra information. Regarding the Millipore and Koch units what documentation is available? Does the Koch unit come with any history of use cleaning certification? nothing available - they cleaned the membranes with caustic soda & chlorine. No manuals available you can get it from mfg. Let me know exactly what is available for each. Full documentation would make the unit much more valuable.has capacity for for 18 membranes they have they have 6 tubes only 4 of them have membranes.they have 2 empty tubes.6 tubes each tube has 3 membranes.I understand now it has only 6. Do you have any more info on these? There should be another number like ABCOR3838 or ABCOR4333 etc which indicates the membrane type.HFK131VYVNB. THAT IS WHAT IS IN THERE NOW. KARL HOFFMAN - KOCH MEMBRANE - 800-343-0499 X 7176.For the spray dryers; photos please and any more info you can get. This is urgent since I have one in Philadelphia which I need to decide on soon. Regarding the commission my preference would be for your invoiced value to include my commission (10%). You could then simply send me a cheque or perhaps electronically transfer funds. Also we then do not need to haggle with your supplier. Let me know what do you think? Best regardsCharles Charles Dragar PhDNovost Pty Ltd Factory 74/22 Dunn CrescentDandenong VIC 31757/15/05 - Dear JonYou have come up with some very interesting items!!Have you got a picture of the Koch system with all of the cartridges installed? There are 4 on there now we have 2 more at the plant is that what you wanted? If so we can do it next week. If you need something else please clarify. What are the supply voltages for the two systems?standard U.S. voltage - 460V.Jon the type of membranes that we used were HFK 131. Koch Membrane has all types of membranes for different applications. They make their own membranes and can usually make them in 2 to 3 weeks. The year of manufacture was about 1996. We were running egg through but did not run the unit that long. As I told you $40000 is what I need. The unit would sell for $150000 new today. So it is a great deal. It may be larger than they need but they could start off with less membranes and go up. Each membrane is about $400. Hopefully this answers the questions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------From: Jon Arnold [ Sent: Thursday July 07 2005 11:51 AMTo: Ken ValdezSubject: RE: WANTED - Blender - Spray Dryer - Filter - Mixer Ken I heard back from my customer. He sounds very interested and would like to know the following:Can you get more details of the membranes it uses? Does the vendor have spare membranes (new)? What is the year of manufacture? What product has it been running? What is the price?i look forward to your reply.Sincerely Jon ArnoldJon I have attached a couple of pictures of our unit. Keep in mind that we have two additional membrane holders for three membranes that go on the top of this unit. All in all it has the capacity for 18 membranes. Let me know if you need anything else. I have requested that they install the other membrane holders and then I will have pictures taken again. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------From: Jon Arnold [ Sent: Friday July 01 2005 9:36 AMTo: Ken ValdezSubject: RE: WANTED - Blender - Spray Dryer - Filter - Mixer Ken Nice to hear from you.I’ll find out from my customer & let you know.Regards Jon -----Original Message-----From: Ken Valdez [ Sent: Thursday June 30 2005 2:43 PM Subject: RE: WANTED - Blender - Spray Dryer - Filter - Mixer Jon what kind of input volume would the Ultrafiltration Unit need?
