Shaft and seal are represented to be in good condition chamber has some wear. Comes with spare new chamber with liner and new seal. 100 HP/XP motor. Single speed. Although discs should be replaced the unit is currently in production at a manufacturing facility and is available for immediate shipment. Prior use: manufacturing automotive primers with a particle size of 70 to 40 microns. Last used with 1.5 mm ceramic media. Operations manual available. Unit being offered loaded on buyer's truck. It is located at our off site warehouse. I have the operations manual.1/8/09 1- Electrical System including voltage frequency etc. This is 3 phase 480 volt Class 1 div 1 group c and d. Single speed motor. 2- Complete list of accessories coming with this Mill such as pumps filters etc.This includes a complete new shell with liner and a new seal. As stated the discs and the screen adapter will have to be replaced due to wear. 3- For what application this is being used.We used this mill for making Automotive Primers. 4- What is the grinding size in micron?We used 1.5mm ceramic as a grinding media to achieve micron sizes from 70 to 10 microns. 12/10/08 - Yes Jon I still have the 200ltr netz. Still using it since my replacement hasn't arrived yet. John I really screwed up on that price I quoted you once I saw what I have in the warehouse. I have a brand new complete chamber see the pictures. So whomever buys this will be getting a complete set up with a liner in it. TO REPLACE THE DISCS - $1100 EACH.MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAVE A SPARE LINER(NETZSCH HAS NO RECORD OF IT).IS IT A NETZSCH LINER????DID THEY BUY IT WITH THE MACHINE???THEY DID BUY A SPARE MECHANICAL SEAL.ANY OTHER SPARE PARTS WITH THIS MACHINE???PUMP WAS SMALL FOR THAT MILL.ACCORDING TO STEVE HE HAS A SPARE OUTER SHELLIN A BOX. BELIEVES IT IS NEW IN THE BOX.ALSO HE DOES HAVE A SPARE USED LINER WHICH HAS SOME WEAR ON IT. IT IS USABLE. DID NOT HAVE A HOLE INIT. Built 1992.Attachment which the screen is mounted to will require replacement. We will have this mill ready in about 5 to 6 weeks. We are looking to get $7500 for the mill. We also have a new Liner and new Seal for the mill we would like to get $7000 for those parts also. Steve The overall condition is good nothing a little cleaning wouldn't take care of. The shaft and seal are good. The chamber has some wear but I believe I have a new chamber we purchase a few year back we will send with it. The discs need replaced and the end piece that holds the screen needs replaced but we are currently using the mill for production. We are located in Richmond Kentucky. Buyer would be responsible for shipping. We would take it out and set it on the truck. We will not be responsible for locking it down once on the truck.
