He is a repeat guy so I think it solid.3/25/07 - cust #27479 - Please advise if the machinery could be modified to fulfill the following specifications: 1-Working capacity 300-500 litre 2-Extruder is to be in stainless steel. 3-Exruder is to be double-jacketed to be heated with thermal oil till 200 degree C. 4-The kneading arms r to be with variable speed motor with Ammeter to know rpm during each kneading stage. 5-Extruder is to be with separate motor also with variable speed. 6-Container cover should be s.s supplied with: -observation window -safety grid -opening for addition of chemicals -small opening for nitrogen gas purging 7-Kneading arms must work in 2 directions(clock and anticlock wise if this option is needed) 8-Extruder motor can work bi-directional Also we need oil heater for heating the container jacket and the extruder jacket to 200 degree C.
