This blender is jacketed for 90 PSI at 332 degrees F. Unit is equipped with steam injection and has a heavy duty double ribbon agitator with scrapers. Blender is driven by a Eurodrive 10 HP 3/60/230-460 volt variable speed drive. Stainless steel legs and mounted on a stainless steel structure. Additional features include center bottom and end discharge with two Lee fluid-flow valves. Also included is a stainless steel push button starter box. Blender has 1/2 cover and 1/2 safety grate.
