Equipped with1 - used Groen Model TA-60-SP Stainless Steel Steam Jacketed Agitated Kettle. Kettle is 30 in. dia x 25 in. with 1-1/2 in. center bottom outlet with flush bottom valve. Jacket is rated at 40 psi. Twin shaft agitator has a slow speed sweep agitator with nylon scrapers and a secondary higher speed shaft with pitched turbine blades. Drive for agitation is a Reeves 2 HP 3/60/220- 440 variable speed drive. Kettle is type 304 stainless steel. Unit was built new in 1971 with NB No.: 55595.
