Unit is jacketed for 45 PSI at 274degrees F. and is code stamped. This kettle is equipped with a double motion scrape surface agitator that is driven by a top mounted electric drive motor. Unit is mounted on a portable base with casters and is equipped with bottom center outlet with plug valve and terminating in approx. 1.5 in. diameter tri-clamp outlet.
