Unit is jacketed for 90 PSI at 650 degrees F. and is code stamped. This kettle is equipped with a double motion scrape surface agitator that is driven by a top mounted electric motor/reducer. Additionally it is equipped with an approx. 3 in. diameter bottom center discharge outlet with valve and tri-clamp fittings as well as tilt/discharge controlled by a self-contained water activated cylinder.
