20 HP SCHOLD HIGH SPEED DISPERSER (#9223)

1 – used 20 HP Schold Dispersion Mixer. Stainless steel shaft measures approx. 1.625 in. dia. x 30 in. long with approx. 1/2/13 tpi threaded holed in end of shaft for agitator blade mounting. According to manufacturer’s literature, speed range 0-3600 RPM. Mechanical variable speed control has been disabled for use with AC Frequency drive. Floor mount with air/oil lift system rated to 125 psi with NB stamped pressure tank for 200 psi @ 450 deg. F. Mixer raises to 50 in. under clearance and has 61 in. overall height in lowered position. 20 HP Baldor Motor is 3/60/230/460V, 48/24 amps, 1760 RPM, service factor 1.15, 256T frame. Painted steel construction. Mixer has two piece polished stainless steel splash guard overlapping to keep mixer protected during lifting. Two arm adjustable container rest in stainless steel.
