1 – used approx. 10 cu. ft. Double Ribbon Blender. Stainless steel dimple jacketed body is approx. 18 in. wide x 68 in. long x 22 in. deep. Heavy duty double ribbon agitator with approx. 3/8 in. wide x .750 in. outter ribbon, 3/16 in. x 1.5 in. inner ribbon and approx. 4 5/8 in. OD main shaft. 3 HP motor with inline gear reducer mounted in blender frame with chain and sprocket agitator drive with full guard. 230/460V 3 phase voltage. Air purged shaft seals with exterior PVC housings. Approx. 6 in. bottom end discharge with PVC Manually operated butterfly valve. 2/3 full one piece cover with 6 in. dust port. Hinged across blender to dump/dust hood with 6 in. port (Enclosed on 3 sides). Painted steel frame and mounts. Approx. 10 in. swivel casters for approx. 30 in. discharge height.
