1 – used approx. 400 gallon (1500 liter) Buhler Vacuum Mixer. NB Code stamped. Stainless steel construction. Vessel is rated full vacuum internal @ 250 deg. F. Jacket rated 50 psi @ 250 deg. F. Approx. 51 in. ID with a 66 in. straight side height, 12 in. cone bottom and 10 in. dish top. The top has (3) 2 in. flanged fittings, (1) 1 in. flanged fitting, (1) 4 in. flanged fitting, (1) 8 in. flanged fitting and a 3 in. sight glass. Approx. 3 in. flanged center bottom discharge to ball valve. Jacket is fed by 2 in. flanged fittings. Scrape agitation is powered by a hydraulic motor. High speed disperser blade is driven by an electric motor (Missing – Can be added at cost). Approx. 12 in. dia. disperser blade has approx. 19 in. adjustment in depth using a hydraulic lift system. This vacuum processing mixer comes with a control panel and a Reliance Electric GP2000 VS Drive, model 2GU41100, variable speed, constant torque, AC controller for a 100 HP motor. Unit was previously mounted on a mezzanine with three stainless steel mounting lugs. Unit represented to be in good condition. Built 1995. Approx. OAD: 160 in. tall x 54 in.
