90 TON TRANE INDOOR CHILLER – WATER COOLED (#9812)

1 – used 90 Ton Trane Indoor Chiller Model RTWD 090F 2B02 A1A1 AA2A 1A1X 1B0A 4000 0000 000A 2001 00D0 “Trane Chiller Serial Number U12D03340 Type of use: Indoor 460 Volt (60hz) Refrigereant Type/number: 134A Design Pressures: (High Side) 300 PSIG (Low Side) 200 PSIG Installation, Operation, & Maintenance Manual: RLC-SVX-09A-EN”

It was taken out of service due to an unknown number of possible compromised tubes that were discovered while decommissioning the unit. 

After talking with Trane, they have recommended a full inspection of the unit w/ the following options: 

• Possible replacing the entire tube bundle 

• or, if 6 tubes or less are compromised, these tubes can be plugged, and the unit can still run at 100% compacity.
