1 – used 600 gallon/2300 liter Paul Mueller sanitary stainless steel Reactor. Model F. With fully jacketed body rated 75 psi at 300 deg. F (NB stamped). Shell rated 14.9 psi internal (rating appears on drawing only). Approx. 60 in. dia. x 54 in. straight side with dished heads. Approx. 11 15/16 in. deep bottom dish. 4 in. center bottom discharge with Pittsburgh air actuated flush seating ball valve. Insulated an shrouded tank body with 2B external finish. 150 grit internal polish. (4) 3 in. x 28 in. long internal baffles. Top dish head with 18 in. manway and hinged dome cover with central sight glass and clamp down closures. (4) top inlets with tri-clamp connections (3) 2 in. and (1) 3 in. Designed to mount through deck on load cells or requires legs from existing body flange. Top center mounted 15 HP 3/60/460VLightnin agitator model 73-S-15. Right angle design. 190/80 final RPM. Agitator has (6) blade 28 in. dia. lower turbine. (3) blade 20 in. dia. upper turbine. Approx. 16 in. dia. top mounting flange for agitator.
